Finding peace in times of anxiety is possible through our relationship with God. By turning to Him in prayer, focusing on His promises, practicing gratitude, trusting in His timing, guarding our minds, leaning on others, and resting in His presence, we can experience the peace that only He provides. As John 14:27 assures us, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” May you find peace in the midst of your anxiety, knowing that God is with you every step of the way.
